CHILDREN'S MANDALA PARTIES
Group workshops for children exploring the joy and creativity of working with mandalas.
Working with mixed art media, natural objects and food, exploring form and colour in a fun creative way.
Children will create their own unique mandalas and also learn to work in a group to create a collaborative mandala, which can help a child to understand complex themes in an abstract way, such as boundaries and encountering another in a respectful way.
A tailor-made Mandala Party can be created in collaboration with your child. Parties are normally 2 hours consisting of creative fun, dance and mandala munching. The collaborative group mandala artwork is a lovely keepsake for the birthday host, created by their friends.

What is a Mandala? (Sanskrit for circle)
Mandala is Sanskrit for circle and represents life and wholeness.
Mandalas are everywhere! - they are the structures of our cells, our world, and our universe.
In Hindu and Buddhist symbolism a mandala represents the universe.
Carl Jung, a famous Psychoanalyst, referred to mandalas as “a representation of the unconscious self.”
The mandala is widely recognized as a meaningful reflection of its creator.
Mandala art therapy and healing can be a great source of one's reflection of the soul.
